Improving remote, hybrid and socially distanced hearings in the family court

The Nuffield Family Justice Observatory (Nuffield FJO) would like to invite parents and professionals to a virtual event: Balancing justice and fairness with avoiding indefinite delay, what further steps should be taken to improve remote, hybrid and socially distanced hearings in the family court on Tuesday 6 October, 5-6pm.

We would be delighted if you could join us for a discussion as part of our current consultation on how remote and hybrid hearings are working in family courts. We will be using Zoom for this event.
